Job Summary:

Talent Software Services is in search of a Front End Developer for a contract position in Richfield, MN. The opportunity will be six months with a strong chance for a long-term extension.

The candidate hired for this position will join the DPE org, contributing to the mobile app (built with React Native) and the client’s website (built with React). The DPE teams are dedicated to crafting exceptional product discovery & personalized experiences and optimizing customer shopping journeys through innovative features that meet the demands of a top 5 e-commerce company. This role is hybrid, which means you will work some days on‑site at a client’s location and some days virtually from home or other non-client location.

The specific work arrangements vary by role and team. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process.

• 5 years of JavaScript/Type Script experience.
• 3 years of development experience in building web apps and components using React
  
  JS and Node.js.
• 2 years of development experience in building mobile apps and components using React Native.
• 3 years of development experience using any of the following:
  NextJS, Graph
  
  QL, Git Hub Actions, Git, NPM/Yarn, Webpack, Typescript, Playwright, Detox, Appium, Jest, Cypress, React Query, Apollo Client , Tan Stack, React Hooks, Fetch API, Lighthouse, Sentry, Fastify, Koa, Chrome dev tools
• Experience designing and leading the development of large features within a team.
• Experience with agile processes such as TDD, Paired Programming, CI/CD and leading by example with a quality mindset.

• Ability to build and optimize web applications and platforms in a cloud environment with a solid understanding of system design.
• Experience documenting system design, code architecture, and application flows.
• Ability to collaborate strategically with product managers.
• Experience designing and building Graph
  
  QL queries, resolvers, and integration with front-end components
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to triage and manage complex production issues.
