They need to be local open to hybrid. The hybrid schedule is very laid back. Need to be senior- this would be like 10 plus year person.

• Primarily remote.
• Team currently meets in office approximately once per month.
• Minnesota candidates preferred.
• Must be willing to come onsite when business needs require.

• Team:
  Vendor Funds Team at Best Buy.
• System manages all vendor contracts and approximately $8 billion in vendor funds annually.
• Highly visible, business-critical application.
• Current environment is a heavily customized SaaS solution with hundreds of Informatica jobs.
• Initiative is to modernize and bring the solution in-house as a custom application.

Team is growing rapidly:

• Current team: 3 onshore engineers and 3 offshore engineers.
• Hiring 2 contract resources immediately.
• Expecting 2 additional contractors in 4-6 weeks.
• Planning to hire 4 FTEs.

• Preference for senior-level engineers.
• Looking for experienced professionals who can:
  • Drive delivery and quality.
  • Help move the team forward.
  • Provide technical leadership without formal management responsibilities.
  • Assist with future hiring and technical interview panels.
