* Schedule:

** 5:30 AM – 2:00 PMWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented AM Dispatcher to support our school bus operations. This role ensures safe, on-time transportation for students by coordinating drivers, monitoring routes, and communicating with schools and families during morning service.
*
* Key Responsibilities:

*** Oversee morning routes to ensure on-time performance and full coverage
* Communicate with drivers, attendants, schools, and parents regarding delays or issues
* Assign spare drivers and adjust routes as needed in real time
* Support drivers with directions, student needs, and problem-solving
* Respond quickly to service disruptions and escalate when necessary
* Maintain accurate logs of delays, incidents, and route activity
*
* Qualifications:

*** Dispatch, transportation, or logistics experience preferred
* School bus transportation experience a plus
* Strong communication and multitasking skills
* Ability to stay calm and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
* Basic computer skills (email, routing/GPS systems)
*
