A Typical Day...
As a Team Leader, you will lead a customer-centric team, manage a single tax office, and help grow our seasonal tax business. You will develop your skills as a knowledgeable resource on tax topics, lead associates, and ensure excellent client service.

Preferred Qualifications...

• Experience managing multiple units in retail, restaurant, banking, or related industries
• 2+ years as a Tax Professional

Responsibilities...

• Partner with the District General Manager on growth plans and community involvement
• Assist in recruiting and interviewing candidates
• Handle escalated client concerns and ensure scheduling and conflict resolution
• Lead daily team activities, training, coaching, and performance reviews
• Prepare tax returns as needed and manage team schedules and timekeeping

Required Skills and Experience...

• Customer service or shift leader experience
• People management skills
• Completion of H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or Income Tax Course
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to work independently and flexibly
• High school diploma or higher
