• Reading and understanding instructions and assembling products or their parts and components
• Moving pieces or products to the next stage of the manufacturing process
• Keeping workstations orderly and storing & maintaining tools, parts, equipment, and documentation
• Following the targets and deadlines for the assembling process and preparing daily reports
• Building and developing instructions and reviewing them for improved production
• Ability to push/pull panel carts averaging 35-50 lbs

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Manufacturing/Assembly experience preferred
• Must be a team player with a positive attitude
• Must be well organized and know how to maintain various equipment
• Should have good analytical skills
• Must have good dexterity and be capable of working with small, detailed objects

Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
