Breakfast Coordinator – Burger King – Carrols Corporation

Carrols is a leading operator of over 800 Burger King restaurants and we need great leaders on our team! The main responsibility of the Breakfast Coordinator is to ensure that the store delivers excellent guest service during breakfast hours and keeps customers happy and full. The Breakfast Coordinator is the chief of their team, inspiring staff and resolving issues using excellent organizational, communication, and developmental skills.

They manage breakfast shifts, prepare the restaurant for lunch business, and handle daily paperwork.

• Operate the restaurant in the absence of a Manager during breakfast hours.
• Open the restaurant and serve breakfast to guests.
• Inspire and guide staff, creating a positive environment.
• Complete daily paperwork to record success.
• Manage breakfast inventory.
• Handle financial tasks, including counting money and cash handling.
• Ensure compliance with Burger King brand standards.

• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with a team.
• Physical ability to count money accurately, read and write in English, carry up to 40 pounds regularly, use basic computer skills, remain on feet for several hours, and perform tasks requiring reaching, bending, stooping, kneeling, squeezing, and pressing.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience leading a team.
