- Prepare quality products for customers.
- Serve customers at the service counter and provide assistance.
- Move incoming merchandise out to the sales floor.
- Maintain food safety standards and cleanliness.
Annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be paid based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
