Talos is seeking a part-time Accounts Receivable Clerk to manage invoicing and collections for our growing client base. The successful candidate will be experienced using Quick Books and will enjoy working through complex tasks. The position involves working with the Project Management group to gather invoicing information, preparing accurate and detailed invoices, and working with clients to ensure that Talos is paid promptly for the work that we do.
RequirementsThis position requires working on-site in our Richland office for one day each week. Exact work hours are flexible. Between 4 and 8 hours per week is expected.
QualificationsMinimum Qualifications
- Experience working in Quick Books Desktop
- Positive attitude and a knack for precision
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Previous experience working in accounts receivable / collections
