The Kid’s Club Associate is responsible for the caring of the gym members’ children while in the Kid’s Club area. This includes supervising fames, snacks, crafts, and small-child activities. They must check‑in children and assist with parent concerns.
Qualifications and Requirements- Experience working in a childcare environment
- Must Be 18
- Pass a background check
- Hold a current Infant and Child First Aid and CPR
- Excellent communication with children
- Excellent communication with parents/adults
- Excellent customer service skills required
- Knowledge or ability to learn computer based programs and applications
- A love for children should be evident
