Role Description
This is a full-time on‑site role for a Project Manager located in Richland, WA. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion. Day‑to‑day tasks include planning, organizing, and directing activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems. The Project Manager ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
The role also involves liaising with clients, managing schedules, and supervising construction personnel.
- Plan, coordinate and manage all phases of construction projects, including initiation, execution, monitoring and closeout.
- Establish project objectives, scope and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and ensure alignment with client requirements.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets and resource allocations to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery.
- Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors and subcontractors to monitor construction progress, resolve issues and ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
- Manage procurement processes, including bid evaluations, contract negotiations and vendor selection.
- Oversee project budgeting and cost control and manage change orders to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess project progress, identify risks, and ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain effective communication with project team members and stakeholders to provide project updates, address concerns and foster strong working relationships.
- Ensure compliance with company Safety Program.
- Ensure compliance with company Quality Program.
- A bachelor's degree in construction management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in construction project management, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.

- Invoicing and Timecard Approval
- Estimating Experience for self‑perform and subcontracted work
- Contract Knowledge and Construction Law Experience.
- Buy‑out of estimate to project budget
- Understanding of construction contract types;
Design‑Build, CM @ Risk, Fixed Price - Safety Training / Experience. Knowledge of construction industry standards
