DescriptionUnder the general direction of the Call Center Coordinator KC or appropriate Practice Administrator/Manager, provides telephone support to the clinics by answering patient calls; accesses the Epic system; creates inbox messages; and performs other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications- 2 years customer service experience.
- Clerical, medical, and call‑center/phone work experience.
