Pro Sidian Seeks an Environmental Compliance and Regulatory Consultant [DOE
0116115] for Program Support on a Contingent/Exempt W2 basis, generally located across the CONUS — Richland, Washington. Works in a Federal, regulated, high-stakes nuclear cleanup environment requiring multidisciplinary contractor support, compliance oversight, and mission assurance. The assignment supports DOE EM Hanford and related offices with Environmental Management sector clients.

We seek Environmental Compliance and Regulatory Consultant candidates with relevant Environmental Management sector experience to support professional services engagements for DOE and other EM sector clients. The role is positioned under Job Task Category 05 Assistant Manager for Safety, Environment, & Quality (AMSE/AMSQ) with General Support Services (GSS) for Hanford Field Office (HFO);
Pro Sidian reserves the right to convert to a full-time Pro Sidian employed W-2 position.

• Environmental Compliance and Regulatory Consultant for General Support Services (GSS) at the Hanford Field Office (HFO); focus on Environmental Services for DOE-EM/HFO and related EMCBC/offices.
• Support RCRA/CERCLA/NEPA compliance, monitoring, and regulatory reporting for AMSE/AMSQ functions and related disciplines (Electrical, Facility Representative, Industrial Hygiene/OHS, Training, Environmental/Regulatory, Safety and Security Enforcement, Nuclear Safety, Criticality Safety, Engineering, Technical & Regulatory Support Services).
• Provide consulting and strategic recommendations to ensure regulatory requirements are met, safeguarding the environment and public health.
• Produce regulator-ready compliance packages and contribute to the environmental regulatory consulting activities across HFO.

• 5–10+ years of environmental compliance/remediation experience.
• BS in Environmental Science/Engineering; HAZWOPER certification.

Skills Required

• Program and project management support in daily business activities related to environmental compliance initiatives.
• Regulatory interpretation and data QA/QC.

Competencies

• Risk awareness, communication.

Ancillary Details

• Produce regulator-ready compliance packages.
• Environmental regulatory consulting; on-site work at Hanford Site with potential remote support as approved.
• Travel as coordinated with the technical point of contact; DOE clearance as required.
