Base pay range: $105,000 – $145,000 per year

This innovative solution reduces environmental impact, promotes soil health, and helps farmers address labor shortages and rising costs. Designed in Seattle and built in our cutting‑edge facility in Richland, Washington, the Laser Weeder is setting a new standard for automated weed control.

- Develop manufacturing process solutions involving software, documentation, and floor operations
- Be responsible for essential manufacturing engineering tools
- Contribute to the improvement of PLM, ERP, and MES systems
- Assist in manufacturing engineering for new product introduction and scaling processes
- Quickly troubleshoot and resolve electrical or systems issues that arise during manufacturing
- Prototype, troubleshoot, and iterate designs for electrical test fixtures and automated testing equipment, collaborating with engineering
- Drive decisions through project planning, task delegation, and leading problem‑solving efforts to iterate quickly
- Minimum 3 years working experience as a manufacturing engineer
- Experience with 3‑phase distribution systems
- Experience working with electrical control panels or enclosures
- Experience with PLC systems and ladder logic (plus)
- Experience working with contract manufacturers or panel shops (plus)
- Experience with SOLIDWORKS and SOLIDWORKS Electrical (plus)
- Hands‑on experience in hardware debugging and automated verification
- Effective verbal and written communication skills and a desire to work in multidisciplinary teams
- Experience in schematic design and machine architecture
- BS+ in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering (required)
