No Overtime Pay Basis Contract Contingent generally located across the CONUS - Richland, Washington. Supporting DOE EM Hanford, a federal, regulated, high-stakes nuclear cleanup environment requiring multidisciplinary contractor support, compliance oversight, and mission assurance.

Job Overview

Provide services and support as a Facility Representative (General Support Services for Hanford Field Office) in the Environmental Management Industry focusing on Environmental Services Solutions for clients such as U.S. Department of Energy – Environmental Management, Hanford Field Office (DOE-EM / HFO) and DOE – Environmental Management Consolidated Business Center (EMCBC), Cincinnati, OH. Located generally in the CONUS - Richland, Washington and across the Pacific Northwest region.

Science, engineering, and construction oversight to ensure safe designs, efficient operations, and reliable progress toward Hanford cleanup.

• Facility Representative duties: walkdowns, review operations logs, coordinate readiness, escalate issues.
• Provide expertise across engineering disciplines (civil/structural, mechanical/electrical, fire protection, instrumentation & control, environmental, chemical, nuclear) and construction compliance.
• Support operations oversight including commissioning, deactivation and decommissioning, and environmental remediation (soil and groundwater remediation, waste and nuclear material stabilization and disposition).

Role location:
Pacific Northwest Region near Richland, Washington. Initial work site: 2440 Stevens Center Place, H520 Richland, WA 99354.

Education / Experience

• BS/BA in Engineering or Science;
  Facility Representative training helpful.
• 7–10+ years facility operations oversight; DOE experience preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Primarily focused on program and project management support in daily business activities, aligned with Science, Engineering and Design Support, Construction and Operations Oversight.
• Operations oversight, procedure review, safety basis.
• Competencies:
  
  judgment, independence, presence.

Ancillary Details

• Lead targeted DOE facility assessments; DOE Facility Representative support.
• Travel coordinated with the technical point of contact; on-site work primarily at Hanford.
• Security: DOE clearance as required; government-furnished resources at the Hanford site.

Field-intensive DOE oversight role.
