Overview

Pro Sidian Seeks a Technical Standards and Directives Coordinator [DOE
0152151] for Program Support on a Contract Contingent/Contract W-2 basis. Position is generally located across the CONUS – Richland, Washington, supporting DOE EM Hanford, a federal, regulated, high-stakes nuclear cleanup environment requiring multidisciplinary contractor support, compliance oversight, and mission assurance.

We seek Technical Standards and Directives Coordinator candidates with relevant Environmental Management sector experience to support professional services engagements for Environmental Management Sector clients such as DOE. This role supports Science, Engineering and Design Support, Construction and Operations Oversight functional areas for Hanford Field Office (HFO), DOE-EM/HFO, and DOE EMCBC with potential conversion to a full-time Pro Sidian employed W-2 position.

Responsibilities
  • Technical Standards and Directives Coordinator (General Support Services for Hanford Field Office)
  • Manage controlled procedures, implement change control, and ensure compliance with DOE directives
  • Provide expertise across physical sciences, civil/structural engineering, mechanical/electrical engineering, fire protection, instrumentation and control, environmental, chemical, and nuclear engineering
  • Support operations oversight including commissioning, deactivation and decommissioning, and environmental remediation (soil, groundwater, waste, and nuclear material stabilization and disposition)

    Pacific Northwest Region, CONUS – Richland, WA; initial work site address: 2440 Stevens Center Place, H520, Richland, WA 99354
Qualifications
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience
  • 5–8+ years procedure management; DOE/nuclear preferred
  • Education/

    Experience:

    aligned with Environmental Management Sector and Technical Standards and Directives Coordinator responsibilities
  • Skills:

    program and project management support, document control, procedure authoring, and compliance review; experience with Science, Engineering and Design Support, Construction and Operations Oversight functional areas

  • Maintain procedure control index for DOE audits
  • Functional attributes include technical standards/directives
  • Job tasks include broad support responsibilities for Hanford Field Office GSS; staffing may vary by up to ±15%
  • Travel: as coordinated with the technical POC and CO, in accordance with Federal Travel Regulations
  • Security: facility clearances required for Pro Sidian team and subcontractors when performing classified work
  • Place of performance:
    Hanford Field Office and Hanford Site, Richland, WA
  • Government-furnished resources: office space, computers, and required software at HFO; work predominantly on-site with some remote support as approved
