Pro Sidian Seeks a Budget Analyst [DOE
0043042] for Program Support on a Exempt W2:
No Overtime Pay Basis Contract Contingent generally located across the CONUS - Richland, Washington Across The Pacific Northwest Region supporting DOE EM Hanford which is a Federal, regulated, high-stakes nuclear cleanup environment requiring multidisciplinary contractor support, compliance oversight, and mission assurance.

We seek Budget Analyst [DOE
0043042] candidates with relevant Environmental Management Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Environmental Management Sector Clients such as DOE. This as a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Finance and Administration

Functional Area

/ Swim Lane / Category Discipline Professional - General Support Services (GSS) For Hanford Field Office (HFO) Position; however, Pro Sidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time Pro Sidian employed W-2 Position.

• Budget formulation, execution, reconciliations, financial reporting, audits.
• Provide Finance and Administration management, human resources, legal, accounting, auditing, information technology, logistics, and transportation support as needed.
• Support budget documentation and related financial activities for Hanford Field Office (HFO) / DOE-EM ecosystem.

The role is located in the Pacific Northwest Region, CONUS – Richland, Washington. Initial work site address: 2440 Stevens Center Place, H520 Richland, Washington 99354.

Required/Preferred

• 5–8+ years federal finance/budget; DOE experience preferred.
• BA/BS Finance/Accounting; CPA helpful.

Skills

• Program and project management support in daily business activities; funds control, reconciliations, Excel/BI tools.

Competencies

• Accuracy, analysis, communication.

Ancillary Role Details

• Automate financial dashboards for DOE reporting.
• Budget analysis & planning; general support services for Hanford GSS.
• Travel as coordinated with the technical POC and approved in writing; some on-site work required.
• Security: facility clearances as needed; DOE clearance indicated for work performed.
• Place of Performance:
  Hanford Field Office and Hanford Site, Richland, WA; on-site with some remote support as approved.

• Supports fiscal year-end surge activities.
