Pro Sidian Seeks a Budget Execution Data Analyst [DOE
0062061] for Program Support on an Exempt W2:
No Overtime Pay Basis, Contract Contingent, generally located across the CONUS – Richland, Washington. Supports DOE EM Hanford in a Federal, regulated, high-stakes nuclear cleanup environment requiring multidisciplinary contractor support, compliance oversight, and mission assurance.

We seek Budget Execution Data Analyst candidates with relevant Environmental Management Sector experience to support professional services engagements for Environmental Management Sector Clients such as DOE. This engagement is a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Oversight and General Support Services under Job Task Category 02 Assistant Manager for Business & Assistant Manager for Procurement

Functional Area

/ Swim Lane / Category Discipline Professional - General Support Services (GSS) for Hanford Field Office (HFO). Pro Sidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time Pro Sidian employed W-2 Position.

• Provide services and support as a Budget Execution Data Analyst (GSS for Hanford Field Office – HFO) in the Environmental Management Industry Sector, focusing on Environmental Services Solutions for clients such as the U.S. Department of Energy – Environmental Management, Hanford Field Office (DOE-EM / HFO) and DOE EMCBC.
• Support budget formulation, execution, reconciliations, financial reporting, and audits; assist with program office activities under Job Task #02.02.
• Develop and optimize data models, transform and integrate data for complex reporting using tools like Power BI; ensure robust data analysis and reporting capabilities and collaborate with IT as needed.
• Assist with resources optimization, compliance, streamlined acquisitions, and improved mission execution efficiency.

Desired Qualifications For Budget Execution Data Analyst (DOE
0062061): 5–8+ years federal finance/budget experience; DOE experience preferred.

Education / Experience BA/BS in Finance/Accounting; CPA helpful. 5–8+ years federal finance/budget; DOE preferred. This role aligns with functional and technical requirements in the Environmental Management Sector and Budget Execution Data Analyst candidates principally support Oversight and General Support Services under Job Task Category 02.

Skills Primarily focused on program and project management support in daily business activities; experience with funds control, reconciliations, Excel/BI tools.
