Overview
Pro Sidian seeks a Cost Price Analyst [DOE
0046045] for program support across the CONUS with a focus on Richland, Washington, supporting DOE EM Hanford in a regulated, high-stakes nuclear cleanup environment. This is a contract contingent or W-2 (IRS-1099) engagement in Finance and Administration within the General Support Services (GSS) function, with potential conversion to a full-time position.
The role emphasizes cost/price analysis, budget formulation and execution, financial reporting, compliance, and cross-functional support across finance, administration, HR, legal, accounting, IT, logistics, and transportation to enable Hanford mission success.
Responsibilities and Duties- Support budget formulation, execution, reconciliations, financial reporting, and audits.
- Provide Finance and Administration management across functions including human resources, legal, accounting, auditing, information technology, and logistics.
- Automate financial dashboards for DOE reporting and perform cost/price analysis in alignment with contract requirements.
- Support general GSS activities for Hanford Field Office (HFO) with on-site and regional coordination as needed.
- Ensure compliance, accountability, and resource efficiency within the Environmental Management program context.
- Position located in the Pacific Northwest Region, near CONUS Richland, Washington.
- Initial Work Site: 2440 Stevens Center Place, H520 Richland, WA 99354; work may be performed on-site with some remote support as approved.
- 5–8+ years federal finance/budget experience; DOE experience preferred.
- BA/BS in Finance or Accounting; CPA is helpful.
- Program and project management support in daily business activities related to Finance and Administration.
- Funds control, reconciliations, Excel/BI tooling.
- Accuracy, analytical capability, and effective communication.
- Automate financial dashboards for DOE reporting.
- Cost/price analysis as part of the
Functional Area
/ Swim Lane disciplines. - Travel is allowed as coordinated and approved per Federal Travel Regulations.
- Security: facility clearance; DOE clearance as required; on-site work at Hanford facilities.
- Government-furnished resources provided; on-site performance with possible remote support.
