Pro Sidian Seeks a Project and Contract Management Specialist [DOE
0011010] for Program Support on a Exempt W2:
No Overtime Pay Basis Contract Contingent, generally located across the CONUS - Richland, Washington. Supports DOE EM Hanford in a Federal, regulated, high-stakes nuclear cleanup environment requiring multidisciplinary contractor support, compliance oversight, and mission assurance.
We seek Project and Contract Management Specialist candidates with relevant Environmental Management Sector Experience to support professional services engagement for Environmental Management Sector Clients such as DOE. This is a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Acquisition, Contract and Subcontract Management; and Project Planning, Control and Management
Functional Area
/ Swim Lane / Category Discipline Professional - General Support Services (GSS) For Hanford Field Office (HFO). Pro Sidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time Pro Sidian employed W-2 Position.
- Develop solicitations, evaluate proposals, support awards, administer contracts, ensure FAR/DEAR compliance. Provide acquisition planning, contract administration, subcontract management, personal property management, real property management, industrial relations, procurement counsel, and cost analysis. Include project planning, cost estimating, scheduling, risk management, performance measurement and earned value management, and project direction support.
- Role located in the Pacific Northwest Region near CONUS - Richland, Washington. Initial work site: 2440 Stevens Center Place, H520 Richland, Washington 99354 (subject to change or remote work).
- 5–8+ years federal procurement/contract support; DOE experience preferred.
- BA/BS in Business, Supply Chain, or related field; certifications desirable.
- This position aligns with functional and technical requirements in the Environmental Management Sector and supports Acquisition, Contract and Subcontract Management; and Project Planning, Control and Management

Hanford Field Office and Hanford Site in Richland, Washington. - Government-furnished resources: on-site office space, computers, and required software at HFO (predominantly on-site with some remote support as approved).
