Overview
Care Team Coordinator — Join Our Compassionate Team at Assisting Hands Tri-Cities. Are you an organized, strong, and supportive leader ready to make a compassionate impact? This full-time role manages caregiver/client schedules, steps in as a backup caregiver when needed, answers phones, trains new hires, and serves as the primary assistant to the Director of Administration. Compensation is competitive and based on experience and competency.
Responsibilities- Manage caregiver and client schedules
- Step in as backup caregiver when needed
- Answer phones and manage routine inquiries
- Train new hires
- Serve as the primary assistant to the Director of Administration
- Full-time role with competitive pay based on experience and competency
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative or caregiving experience preferred
- Current HCA certification or equivalent
- Valid CPR/First Aid certification
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Compassionate attitude with leadership potential
