Pharmacist Resident at Kadlec Regional Medical Center

Description: The Pharmacy Practice Residency is a one‑year post‑graduate residency program in an institutional practice setting that provides training as set forth and approved by the American Society of Health‑Systems Pharmacists (ASHP). The program will provide the opportunity to advance the resident's pharmacy practice beyond entry‑level professional competence and develop the skills, knowledge, and attitude necessary for the provision of high‑quality pharmaceutical care.

Shift Details: Full time, Day Shift, 40 working hours weekly.

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduated from an Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) accredited college of pharmacy.
  • Upon hire:
    Washington Pharmacist License or Washington Pharmacist Intern Registration.
  • Within 120 days of hire:
    Washington Pharmacist License.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Pharm

    D.
  • Experience in hospital pharmacy practices as a student, intern, or pharmacist.
  • Demonstrated computer literacy.
  • Demonstrated drug knowledge, IV knowledge, and compounding ability.

Pay Range: $24.71 – $37.80 per hour. Additional compensation may be available (shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities).
