Clinical Pharmacist

Clinical Pharmacist – Kadlec Regional Medical Center – Richland, WA

The clinical pharmacist is responsible for the provision of high-quality, individualized, cost-effective pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operational services in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient medication therapy outcomes and quality of life.

Provide comprehensive pharmacist services, collaborate with interprofessional teams, optimize medication regimens, ensure patient safety, and contribute to pharmacy operations.

• Full time, Variable Shift, 40 Hour Week – No Daily Overtime

• Pharm
  
  D – Doctorate of Pharmacy OR Bachelor's Degree – Bachelor of Pharmacy
• Washington Pharmacist License upon hire
• Confirm possession of Board of Pharmacy Preceptor license when eligible
• Basic Life Support-Provider (BLS) upon hire when applicable

• Acute care hospital pharmacy experience, 1 year or equivalent experience
• Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency
