Job DescriptionThe Associate Clinical Educator ensures Medical Assistants across KMG understand and deliver care using safe, standard best practices and tools within Epic and other resources. This role promotes operational quality, delivers training via audiovisual, online, and simulation methods, and collaborates with leaders, the Providence Nursing Institute, professional organizations, and departments to provide clinical education, orientation, caregiver engagement, and workforce development.
Responsibilities- Ensure Medical Assistant training and competency
- Deliver training services via audiovisual, online, simulation to support in‑service, regulatory, and mandatory education
- Collaborate with core leaders, nursing institute, professional organizations, and other departments to provide education, onboarding, engagement, and workforce development programs
- Washington Medical Assistant Certification upon hire
- National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire
- 2 years of experience as an MA‑C
- 1 year of experience in a training/leadership role in an outpatient clinic setting
- Associate's Degree in Education, Health Care, or related field or equivalent education/experience

Pay & BenefitsPay Range: $29.56 – $45.88 per hour. Additional compensation may include shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
