Patient Scheduler – Kadlec Regional Medical Center – Richland, WA
Under the direction of the Patient Access/Central Scheduling Coordinator & Manager (Patient Access/Central Scheduling Representative‑Level II), the Patient Scheduler verifies orders, schedules and registers patients, confirms insurance coverage and benefits, creates estimates, and obtains pre‑certification, referral or authorizations as required by insurance. The role participates in collecting up‑front revenue for the facility and provides quality customer service to internal and external customers.

- Full time, Variable Shift, 40 working hours weekly
- 2 years of general office experience with public interaction.
- Coursework or training in medical terminology.
- Experience in data entry, medical terminology and insurance.
- Experience working in a medical setting.
