As a Front Desk Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, making them feel welcome and comfortable during their stay. You will register guests, assign rooms, and provide information about the hotel's services and amenities. Your exceptional customer service skills will come in handy as you accommodate special requests, resolve complaints, and maintain positive guest relations.
