Pro Sidian Seeks a Strategic Business Operations Consultant [DOE
0055054] for program support on an exempt W2: no overtime pay basis, contract contingent, generally located across the CONUS – Richland, Washington, across the Pacific Northwest region supporting DOE EM Hanford, a federal, regulated, high-stakes nuclear cleanup environment requiring multidisciplinary contractor support, compliance oversight, and mission assurance.
We seek Strategic Business Operations Consultant [DOE
0055054] candidates with relevant Environmental Management sector experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagements for Environmental Management sector clients such as DOE. This is a contract contingent or contract W-2 (IRS-1099) oversight and general support services under Job Task Category 01 Office of the Manager, Office of the Chief of Staff, Office of Communications, & Chief Counsel, functional area / swim lane / category discipline professional - general support services (GSS) for Hanford Field Office (HFO).
Pro Sidian reserves the right to convert to a full-time employed W-2 position.
- Strategic governance, data integration, dashboarding, and reporting alignment in support of Program Office #01 under the Office of the Manager, Office of the Chief of Staff, Office of Communications, and Chief Counsel for Hanford Field Office (HFO).
- Provide strategic operations and business operations advisory services to management, analyze process improvements, develop metrics, and support strategic initiatives for safe Hanford operations; coordinate and facilitate communication and decision-making processes to enhance governance and mission success.
- 8–12+ years of strategic integration; DOE experience preferred.
- Education:
BA/BS required; MBA/MPA preferred. - This role aligns with Environmental Management sector requirements and supports Oversight and General Support Services under Job Task Category 01 Office of the Manager, Office of the Chief of Staff, Office of Communications, & Chief Counsel.
- Skills:
program and project management support in daily business activities; portfolio analysis, KPIs, BI tools. - Competencies:
systems thinking, adaptability, facilitation; teamwork; communication; leadership; business acumen; agility; judgment; organization.
- Develop enterprise dashboards across scope/cost/schedule; functional attributes include strategy and business operations advisory.
- Travel as coordinated with the technical point of contact and approved in writing by the CO; security clearances required as indicated; place of performance at the Hanford Site in Richland, WA (with some remote support as approved).
- Government-furnished resources include on-site office space, computers, and required software at HFO.
Supports DOE leadership workshops.
