Desktop Support

Insight Global is looking for an IS Technician to support one of our largest hospital clients in Richand, WA. You will serve as a key member of the technical support team by resolving caregivers' issues and fulfilling requests for information technology services.

Required Skills & Experience
- 1+ year with Desktop/Deskside Support
- Previous experience troubleshooting Windows systems, hardware replacements, PC configuration set up
- Excellent communication and professionalism

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- 5+ years' experience in Deskside Support
- Previous Healthcare experience
