Responsibilities- Access Control procedure compliance of site personnel
- Daily security operational processes
- Issuing and coordinating work activities to HAMTC employees
- Tracking of corrective actions in SITS or other corrective action tracking software
- Key custodian processes and OMNI lock administration activities
- Building administration duties
- Locksmith Key Database (LSKD) entry
- Issuance of Level I -- III and administrative keys to the Hanford Site
- Oversee Key audits from facility / building administration staff
- Maintain electronic records / RIDS
- Service Request system usage and issuance
- Automated Access Control system administration
- 24/7 PACS support to the Hanford Site
- Utilize MSAPS, IDMS, PSCR+, OnGuard, KOLTS databases associated with physical security activities
- Any additional administrative tasks associated with access control efforts
- BA/BS degree, plus six (6) years of related experience, preferable with Department of Energy (DOE) or Security Operations experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Possess a basic level of knowledge in IT principles as well as database operation and management.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and writing skills. Ability to analyze processes and communicate them clearly through written and verbal communication.
- Ability to focus on a multitude of tasks and prioritize job assignments.
- Ability to perform with little direction and the use of critical thinking skills to maximize job efforts and support the security mission. Uncompromised level of integrity and a strong sense of character.
- Skilled in basic computer technology which includes a working knowledge and proficiency of Microsoft Office suite and Adobe software systems.
- Must possess the ability to acquire and maintain a DOE "Q" level security clearance.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Personal Identity Verification (PIV) Credential badge.
- Previous craft supervisory experience.
- Firm understanding of security operations on the Hanford Site.
- Familiar with access control terminology.
- Competence in basic electronics to include low-voltage systems.
- Previous experience and/or familiarity with the Hanford Site requirements associated with software approval and maintenance activities.
- Desire to take on the challenges and rigor associated with oversite of auditable items such as key inventory and access control requests.
- Strong sense of internal motivation and un-phased by an ever-changing work dynamic.
- Possess a DOE "Q" level security clearance.

Grade 19: $117,225 - $147,775
