Pro Sidian Seeks a Technical Qualification Program Coordinator [DOE
0110109] for Program Support on a Exempt W2:
No Overtime Pay Basis Contract Contingent generally located across the CONUS - Richland, Washington. Supporting DOE EM Hanford in a federal, regulated, high-stakes nuclear cleanup environment requiring multidisciplinary contractor support, compliance oversight, and mission assurance.
We seek Technical Qualification Program Coordinator candidates with relevant Environmental Management Sector experience to support professional services engagements for Environmental Management Sector Clients such as DOE. This is a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 engagement with potential conversion to a full‑time W-2 position at Pro Sidian.
Responsibilities- Manage Technical Qualification Program (TQP), track equivalencies, coordinate training boards, and maintain LMS records.
- Provide services and support for Program Office AMSE/AMSQ under Job Task 05.21 with related disciplines (Electrical, Facility Representation, Industrial Hygiene/Safety, Training, Environmental/Regulatory, Safety and Security, Nuclear Safety, Quality Assurance, Engineering, and Regulatory Support).
- Coordinate the TQP program, manage records, support process improvements, and assist in continuous improvement within Hanford operations.
- Location:
Pacific Northwest (CONUS) near Richland, WA. Primary site:
Hanford Field Office, Richland, WA; some work may occur remotely as approved.
- 5–8+ years in training/qualification management; DOE experience preferred.
- BA/BS in a technical field; ISD helpful. Alignment with Environmental Management Sector and TQP duties under AMSE/AMSQ functional areas.
- Skills:
program and project management support, instructional design, LMS, training coordination. - Competencies:
clarity, organization, coaching; strong written and verbal communication. - Ancillary details: maintain DOE TQP matrix for compliance audits; travel as required; security clearances as applicable; on-site work at Hanford with possible remote support.
Place of Performance:
Hanford Field Office, Richland, WA. Government-furnished resources and predominantly on-site work with some remote support as approved.
Supports DOE qualification program requirements. Security clearance requirements may apply for sensitive engagements. This role may involve limited/periodic travel within the region.
