Pro Sidian Seeks a Compensation Program Act Data and Compliance Specialist [DOE
0045044] for Program Support on an Exempt W2:
No Overtime Pay Basis Contract Contingent generally located across the CONUS - Richland, Washington. Across The Pacific Northwest Region supporting DOE EM Hanford which is a Federal, regulated, high-stakes nuclear cleanup environment requiring multidisciplinary contractor support, compliance oversight, and mission assurance.
We seek Compensation Program Act Data and Compliance Specialist [DOE
0045044] candidates with relevant Environmental Management Sector Experience to support professional services engagement for Environmental Management Sector Clients such as DOE. This is a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Finance and Administration
Functional Area
/ Swim Lane / Category Discipline Professional - General Support Services (GSS) For Hanford Field Office (HFO) Position; however, Pro Sidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time Pro Sidian employed W-2 Position.
- Compile data, track claims, prepare compliance reports, coordinate with HR/legal. Provide Finance and Administration management, human resources, legal, accounting, auditing, information technology, logistics, and transportation, such as:
- The role(s) are located in the Pacific Northwest Region at or near CONUS - Richland, Washington. Initially identified Work Site Address (Subject to Change or Working Remotely): 2440 Stevens Center Place, H520 Richland, Washington 99354
- 4–7+ years compliance/data experience; DOE/EEOICPA preferred.
- BA/BS or equivalent; data governance training helpful.
- Primarily focused on assist program and project management support in daily business activities and aligned with Program Support activities Finance and Administration
Functional Area

- Develop data quality check processes.
- Functional attributes of this role include EEOICPA data & compliance.
- Job Tasks related to Hanford Field Office (HFO) General Support Services (GSS) with possible staffing changes +/-15%.
- Travel coordinated with the technical point of contact and approved in writing by the CO; travel in accordance with Federal Travel Regulations.
- Security Requirements:
Pro Sidian team members shall have a Facility Clearance; any personnel performing classified work shall have a DOE clearance level as indicated in the task description. - Place of Performance:
Hanford Field Office and Hanford Site, Richland, WA; on-site performance with some approved remote support.
Sensitive handling of PII/PHI required.
