Pro Sidian seeks a Compensation Program Act Data and Compliance Specialist [DOE
0067066] for Program Support on an Exempt W2:
No Overtime Pay Basis Contract Contingent located across the CONUS, primarily Richland, Washington, supporting DOE EM Hanford. This role requires multidisciplinary contractor support, compliance oversight, and mission assurance in a Federal, regulated, high-stakes nuclear cleanup environment.
This position supports Environmental Management Sector Clients such as DOE, with potential Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) arrangements. Pro Sidian reserves the right to convert to a full-time employed W-2 position.
Job OverviewProvide services and support as a Compensation Program Act Data and Compliance Specialist for General Support Services (GSS) for Hanford Field Office, focusing on Environmental Management solutions for clients such as DOE-EM/HFO. Generally located in CONUS - Richland, WA and across the Pacific Northwest region.
Business and procurement support aims to optimize resources, ensure compliance, streamline acquisitions, and strengthen Hanford mission execution efficiency.
Responsibilities and Duties- Compile data, track claims, prepare compliance reports, and coordinate with HR/legal.
- Support for Program Office #02 Assistant Manager for Business & Procurement under Job Task #02.07 – Compensation Program Act Data and Compliance Specialist with support in Finance & Budget, Procurement/Contract Administration, Workforce Management & Training, Compensation Program Act Business Support, and Audit Coordination.
- Manage data analytics and compliance for claims; protect documents; support EEOICPA and WSHSWC compliance; ensure data integrity, compliance, and efficient records management; provide technical and business assistance.
- Support approximately 3.5 FTEs in the engagement team; location near Richland, WA with initial site address at 2440 Stevens Center Place, Richland, WA 99354.

Qualifications:
4–7+ years of compliance/data experience; DOE/EEOICPA experience preferred.
Education/
Experience:
BA/BS or equivalent; data governance training helpful. Functional alignment with Oversight and General Support Services under Job Task Category 02 for Assistant Manager for Business & Procurement.
Skills:
Program and project management support in daily business activities; data validation, reporting, privacy practices.
Competencies:
Detail, empathy, diligence.
- Develop data quality check processes.
- Functional attributes include EEOICPA data & compliance; travel as coordinated with technical POC; security clearances as required; place of performance at Hanford Field Office and Hanford Site.
- Government-furnished resources provided; on-site performance with some remote support as approved.
Other requirements include sensitive handling of PII/PHI.
