Nurse Practitioner Cardiology; Kadlec Clinic

Kadlec is seeking a dedicated nurse practitioner to join its Cardiology team for a full-time inpatient role in Richland, Washington. This position is integral to providing high-quality care and ensuring seamless patient management within a large, cohesive cardiology group. The role offers an opportunity to work in a supportive environment with experienced leadership and a well-planned onboarding experience in southeast Washington.

• Full-time; 7-on/7-off schedule; 10-hour shifts from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
• ED/unassigned call during working hours
• 100% inpatient responsibilities, including Nuclear Stress Testing, Cardiology consults, rounding, H&Ps, patient education, and discharge planning.
• No procedures required
• Cardiology team includes 3 ARNPs, 4 General Cardiologists, and 4 Interventionalists
• New graduates are welcome to apply
• Kadlec qualifies for the PSLF program and provides complimentary student loan consultant services
• Compensation is between $135, 941 and $174,780 per year
• The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them
