Base pay will be determined by skills and experience. The role is eligible for team-based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefits-eligible but may participate in the company's 401(k) program.

Veterans, transitioning active duty military personnel, and military spouses are encouraged to apply. Brookdale offers to advance fees for naturalization (Form N-400) application costs, up to $725, for qualified associates with at least one year of service.

• Based on state regulations and completion of required training/certification, Medication Aides/Techs will administer or assist with medication and treatments as prescribed, observing and reporting responses.
• Certified Medication Aides/Techs ensure the medication supply room is organized, assist with medication cart audits, and coordinate with pharmacies for medication delivery.
• Completion of training/certification is required based on state regulation.
