Job Summary

We are looking for a Registered Nurse for the Progressive Surgical Unit at Kadlec Regional Medical Center, part of Providence. The position offers up to $18,000 hiring bonus for eligible external candidates, plus a comprehensive benefits and compensation package that begins on your first day of employment. • Full time, Variable Shift, 36 working hours weekly

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire.
• 1 year nursing experience.

Hourly pay ranges from $39.62 to $79.20, depending on experience. Additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
