Under the direction of the ASC Manager, the RN has direct responsibility and accountability for the care of the patient during the intraoperative phase of surgery and endoscopic procedures. The RN utilizes the nursing process to provide comprehensive peri‑operative nursing care, coordinates total patient care with other health‑care team members, functions as a patient advocate utilizing the patient's rights, demonstrates professional growth by accepting responsibility and accountability for one's nursing practice, and serves as a liaison between physicians, staff, patients and families to facilitate safe and effective flow of patient care.

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire.
• One year of nursing experience.

• Certification in a related specialty area upon hire.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

Schedule: Part time – Day shift.

Location: WA Richland 1096 Goethals Dr (Kadlec Ambul Surg Goethals‑Richland).

Pay Range: $40.90 - $63.49 plus shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, bonuses.
