Under the direction of the RN Manager ASC KC, assumes independent responsibility and accountability for the direct, primary care of patients through the pre‑ and post‑phases of surgical care; utilizes the nursing process to provide comprehensive nursing care during the peri‑operative phase; coordinates total patient care in collaboration with other health care team members. Functions as a patient advocate utilizing the Patients’ Bill of Rights;
demonstrates professional growth and development by accepting responsibility and accountability for one's nursing practice; serves as a liaison between physicians, staff, patients and their families to facilitate safe and effective flow of patient care in a manner consistent with the Mission, Vision and Values of Kadlec Regional Medical Center; and assists in providing direction and supervision of nursing and support staff, as well as performing related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate’s placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
