Pro Sidian seeks a Nuclear Safety and QA Support [DOE
0031030] for Program Support on an Exempt W2:
No Overtime Pay Basis Contract Contingent position generally located across the CONUS with emphasis in Richland, Washington. This role supports DOE EM Hanford in a Federal, regulated, high-stakes nuclear cleanup environment requiring multidisciplinary contractor support, compliance oversight, and mission assurance.
We seek Nuclear Safety and QA Support candidates with relevant Environmental Management Sector experience to support professional services engagements for Environmental Management Sector Clients such as the DOE. This is a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) environment in Environment, Safety and Health; and Quality Assurance
Functional Area
/ Swim Lane / Category Discipline Professional - General Support Services (GSS) for Hanford Field Office (HFO). Pro Sidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time Pro Sidian employed W-2 Position.
Provide services and support as a Nuclear Safety and QA Support in the General Support Services (GSS) for Hanford Field Office focusing on Environmental Management environmental services for clients such as DOE-EM/HFO and DOE-EM Consolidated Business Center, Cincinnati, OH. The role is generally located in CONUS - Richland, WA and across the Pacific Northwest Region.
Environment, safety, health, and quality assurance services safeguard compliance, protect workers, and ensure Hanford mission success.
Responsibilities and DutiesNuclear Safety and QA Support duties include:
- Support safety basis, USQ, QA oversight, audits, assessments, regulator interface.
Location:
Pacific Northwest region, near CONUS Richland, Washington. Initial work site address (subject to change): 2440 Stevens Center Place, H520 Richland, Washington 99354.
Preferred/Required Qualifications
- 8–12+ years nuclear safety/QA; DOE nuclear facility experience required.
Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications
- BS Engineering/Science; advanced certifications preferred.
- 8–12+ years nuclear safety/QA; DOE nuclear facility experience required.
- This position aligns with Environmental Management Sector and Nuclear Safety and QA Support competencies, principally supporting Environment, Safety and Health and Quality Assurance disciplines.
Skills Required
- Program and project management support in daily business activities, aligned with Environment, Safety and Health; and Quality Assurance functional areas.

- Travel: as coordinated with the technical point of contact and approved in writing by the CO in advance; in accordance with Federal Travel Regulations.
- Security:
Pro Sidian team members shall have a Facility Clearance; DOE clearance may be required for classified work. - Place of Performance:
Hanford Field Office and Hanford Site, Richland, WA. - Government-Furnished Resources:
On-site office space, computer workstations, and required software at HFO; some remote support may be approved by the Contracting Officer.
- Q clearance may be required.
