Guest Advocate (Cashier), General Merchandise, Fulfillment, Food and Beverage, Style (T2314) s role offers flexible scheduling as an On-Demand Team Member (TM). The starting hourly rate is $17.75 USD per hour and the pay range is $17.75 USD - $26.65 USD per hour.

Attendance and responsiveness to shift opportunities are essential, with a requirement to attend Target Welcome orientation and to complete a short-term training schedule. After training, shifts are picked up via the myTime mobile scheduling app.
Responsibilities- Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard.
- Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with daily tasks.
- Assist guests in finding answers and resolving needs; be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services offered in the store and area-specific offerings.
- Follow up on guest requests, respond to inquiries, and escalate to leaders as needed to resolve issues.
- Deliver accurate service for guest orders including Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry.
- Scan and bag items efficiently and in compliance with food safety standards and company policies.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organize work areas; stock supplies during store hours as needed.
- Promote and explain Target Loyalty programs and fulfillment services; assist with enrollment and use as required.
- Explain and demonstrate Target App features (Wallet, etc.) to guests.
- Assist with returns following store policies; escalate when necessary.
- De-escalate situations with guests and partners as needed while maintaining compliance with Target policies.
- Adhere to safety policies and participate in a compliant work environment; report hazards as appropriate.
- Support guest services such as OPU, Drive-Up, and DU Returns; comply with adult beverage laws where applicable.
- Support cash office processes and cash handling as needed.

- Accurately handle cash register operations and support cash office as needed.
- Lift or move merchandise up to 10 pounds routinely and up to 44 pounds occasionally without assistance.
- Flexibility to pick up shifts to meet store needs; respond to contact attempts to confirm interest in shifts.
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments (Drive-Up, carryout, etc.).
- Remain mobile for the duration of scheduled shifts; shift length may vary.
