Store Support, Customer Service Rep

Overview

Associates in Store Support positions are responsible for a variety of non-sales functions. This may include ensuring an outstanding customer order fulfillment experience, assisting customers in the lot or providing administrative services. Direct customer or vendor interaction is sometimes required for these positions. These roles require cooperation with other Associates, vendors, and carriers, with the ability to work with little to some supervision, be detail-oriented, and have proven time management skills.

They must demonstrate a high level of integrity and focus on store-specific business objectives while supporting key operational responsibilities.

• Assist customers in person on the sales floor or in the lot, and answer product order status questions.
• Direct customers to store departments and merchandise as needed.
• Support cash management, program compliance, and general administrative tasks as required.
• Collaborate with Associates, vendors, and carriers to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.

Base pay range: $17.50/hr - $19.50/hr

• Associate Coordinator: $19.50
• Export Associate: $19.50
• Janitor: $17.50
• Lot Associate: $17.50
• Office Associate: $18.50
• Order Fulfillment Associate: $18.50
• Pro Fulfillment Associate: $18.50
• Pro Lot Loader: $17.50
