Overview

Specialty Sales (Style, Tech, Beauty) e focuses on providing an excellent guest experience, strong operations, and compelling visual merchandising presentations that inspire guests and support sales.

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, promotional signage, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests as needed.
• Use store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and to support guest needs.
• Sort freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills and merchandising to capacity.
• Execute and maintain backroom organization to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price change processes with signage and clearance merchandising.
• Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and help guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by ensuring merchandise moves from fitting rooms and guest service back to the sales floor.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and Drive-up while following applicable laws and policies.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with needs; thank guests for shopping with Target.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• You are open to a flexible schedule with varying hours, days, or shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak shopping times).

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories; welcoming attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate across devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology.
• Effective communication, ability to work independently and with a team, and ability to resolve guest questions quickly.
• Ability to stay focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks within time frames.

• Accurately handle cash operations as needed.
• Climb ladders; lift or move merchandise up to 15 pounds regularly and up to 44 pounds occasionally with assistance.
• Flexible work schedule, reliable attendance; ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions.
• Remain mobile for the duration of a shift; shift length may vary.
