LocationRichland, WA
OverviewTalos is seeking an Account Manager to serve as the interface to key clients. The Account Manager works to identify upcoming automation projects, identify those which are a good fit for Talos’ capabilities, and prepare and present winning proposals for profitable work.
Responsibilities- Maintain Client Relationships
- For clients without active projects, establish a reasonable contact frequency and check in periodically to maintain “top of mind” awareness.
- Solicit feedback from clients regarding past project performance and potential improvements.
- Identify Opportunities
- Identify opportunities for future projects and service opportunities both with existing clients and prospective clients.
- Work with the Sales and Engineering Managers to make bid / no-bid decisions.
- Prepare Proposals and Secure Project Contracts
- Work with Engineering to prepare proposal scope and cost estimates.
- Work with client personnel during the proposal preparation process to facilitate bidding success.
- Prepare and present proposals to clients.
- Work with assigned engineering personnel at project initiation to ensure that commitments and responsibilities are communicated clearly.
- College Degree in Engineering or Related Technical Field
- Valid Current Driver’s License
- Enthusiasm for Working with Clients
