A permanent opportunity is available for an experienced Internal Sales Administrator to join an Australian-owned business specialising in the design, engineering and manufacture of products for infrastructure and commercial applications located in Richlands.

Serving sectors including local government, transport, utilities, construction and sports facilities, the company delivers quality solutions that meet project specifications and relevant Australian standards.

• Quoting and Sales Support: Prepare accurate quotations, investigate customer requirements and follow up quotes to secure orders.
• Order Processing: Review and process customer orders accurately, ensuring all required documentation is completed.
• Internal Coordination: Liaise with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure orders are processed on time.
• Customer Service: Respond to enquiries, support customers and maintain strong relationships.
• Administration: Monitor outstanding quotes and orders, manage cancellations and maintain accurate records.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a customer service administration role

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and solve problems.
• A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
