How You ll ContributeA Registrar who excels in this role:
- Directs patients and visitors while promoting positive guest relations.
- Accurately obtains demographic and insurance information, and is responsible for upfront collections.
- Is responsible for the Admission/Registration, Pre-Admissions, Discharges, and Transfers of patients.

What we re looking for: Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Associate s degree is preferred.
- 1 year of experience working in a medical/business office setting is strongly preferred.
- Previous experience working with Medicare, Medicaid and commercial insurance rules and regulations strongly preferred. Knowledge of medical terminology is strongly preferred.
