R | Boilermaker​/Fabricator; early finish

A leading Australian manufacturing company specializing in the design and fabrication of steel structures for a wide range of applications is seeking an experienced and qualified Boilermaker/Fabricator to join its fabrication team based in Richlands.

• Supervise and support Fabricators in completing Factory Orders.
• Ensure tasks are understood and achievable, with all required materials, equipment, and consumables provided.
• Provide training, guidance, and coaching to ensure team competency and adherence to Safe Work Instructions.
• Perform quality checks and provide feedback to maintain high standards.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and procedures.
• Operate MIG and TIG welding equipment safely and competently.
• Collaborate with Fabricators to solve problems and improve processes.

• Qualified Boilermaker/Fabricator.
• Experience with structural steel and aluminum.
• MIG and TIG welding skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and procedures.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
