Our team members are encouraged to actively contribute to operation initiatives and process improvements that shape the future of patient care.

• Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs.
• Identify and initiate appropriate nursing interventions.
• Provide care appropriate to condition and age of the patient.
• Perform timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record.
• Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient.

Applicants must have a current Virginia state or compact state RN license.

• Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire.
