- Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs.
- Identify and initiate appropriate nursing interventions.
- Provide care appropriate to condition and age of the patient.
- Perform timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record.
- Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient.

Applicants must have a current Virginia state or compact state RN license.
Additional Requirements- Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire.
