We are looking for a Bookkeeper with 3 to 5 years of experience to work on-site at our head office. Key responsibilities include payroll preparation, maintaining general ledgers, and preparing financial reports using both manual and computerized systems. Your accuracy and attention to detail will ensure effective financial management, essential for our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Calculate payroll cheques and prepare reports

• Maintain financial records and balance accounts

• Prepare tax returns and trial balances

• Reconcile accounts and post journal entries

• Provide staff training on bookkeeping practices

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of bookkeeping experience

• Proficient in accounting software and MS Office

• Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset

• Ability to manage tight deadlines

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
