Position: General Accounting Associate for Dealerships
Join our Accounting team as a General Accounting Associate at the Head Office in Richmond. This full-time position focuses on cash management, bank reconciliations, and intercompany transactions to support our dealerships.

Candidates with at least one year of bookkeeping experience are encouraged to apply. You will manage daily cash postings, assist in month-end closes, and ensure timely account reconciliations. Proficiency in Excel and debits/credits understanding is essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Post warranty payments from manufacturers

• Reconcile and post daily cash receipts

• Set up charge accounts and collect overdue payments

• Assist Senior Accountants with various tasks

• Send monthly AR statements and participate in closes

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of accounting/bookkeeping experience

• Experienced in bank reconciliations

• Proficient with Excel

• Strong grasp of accounting principles

• Well-organized and detail-oriented
