Junior Bookkeeper Hill

Join a growing company in Richmond Hill, Ontario as a Junior Bookkeeper. Support the Accounting department by ensuring accurate financial data and meeting monthly deadlines.

This role focuses on maintaining accounting records, conducting reconciliations, and managing accounts receivable and payable. You will produce monthly financial statements, process payroll, and assist with taxes. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential for timely completion of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain permanent accounting records for assigned entities

• Conduct monthly account and bank reconciliations

• Manage accounts receivable and payable

• Process payroll accurately and on time

• Prepare and post journal entries as needed

Requirements:

• Some formal education in accounting or finance

• Ability to communicate in Cantonese/Mandarin

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles

• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
