PEAK is a renowned leader in home improvement, seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist to oversee complex invoicing and streamline cash flow processes. You will work closely with the Sr. Director of Finance, leveraging your skills in customer account management, financial reporting, and problem resolution in a dynamic environment. A background in using Microsoft ERP systems enhances your application.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and post high-volume multi-currency invoices
• Manage the order-to-cash process and address variances
• Lead proactive collections and manage AR aging
• Perform regular customer reconciliations for account accuracy
• Assist in month-end and audit documentation
Requirements:
• Minimum of 7 years in Accounts Receivable roles
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is advantageous
• Strong analytical capabilities and communication skills
• Self-motivated with high attention to detail
