Position: Full-Cycle Accounting Analyst Role
Join FPS Food Process Solutions as an Accounting Analyst, managing full-cycle accounting for both parent company and its subsidiaries. This role focuses on accounts receivable, accounts payable, and tax filings.

Reporting to the Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for handling essential accounting functions, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and audits. A CPA designation and a strong background in manufacturing or multi-entity accounting are essential. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance accounting processes and maintain accurate financial records, leveraging advanced skills in Excel and Microsoft Dynamics NAV.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily accounting tasks including AR, AP, and reconciliations

• Prepare and file GST and PST returns monthly

• Facilitate month-end financial report preparation

• Work with auditors to ensure compliance

• Track costs for various projects globally

Requirements:

• CPA designation a must

• Over three years of full-cycle accounting experience

• Experience with multi-entity companies preferred

• Advanced Excel skills essential

• Strong organizational and communication abilities
